Les Écrivains is derived from a French word which translates to "The Writers" and upon this; let it be known that we are a guild dedicated not just to aspiring writers of all kinds, but to everyone who's willing to become a better version of themselves by showcasing their talents and skills. Despite our differences as individuals with varied and diverse beliefs and principles, Les Écrivains is a place where we can all conciliate through the same passion, hobby, or mission in life: To bring something that isn't just superficial.In this guild, we encourage everyone to enjoy what they are doing especially in writing. Don't be pressured to condone to standards. Our arms are open to embrace and understand divergence for, after all, we share the same aspiration which is to learn and partake in what we've experienced.We accommodate any and every kind of writer, but also those whose expertise is not of lifting pens and writing what their heart desires. From poets to designers, editors, to people who value discourse and communication with others, we invite you lot to become one of us to bring life to what we write.We bring writing a life. For a year, The Guild has been true to its vision by producing a series of publications and zines, which captured the hearts and minds of its readers, turning what was simply written on our pages into something tangible, impactful, and empowering. Les Écrivains does not aim to be the biggest publishing house there is, but with its every talented LÉtter on board, it's on his way to becoming the best version of itself.Working hours

THE GUILD: THIS IS WHAT WE DO

Our guild has composed a number of works that are offered but aside from that, we have projects and events that are mandatory such as the Main Event that will happen every month and will be presented at the end of that said month. To further elaborate, here are the different kinds of works / projects we have in store for the (aspiring) members of our beloved guild.MAIN WORKS
Every two months, we will have a word-themed project wherein using that word (whatever that may be, given by the Executives), the whole team will come up with a story using the provided word for that time interval. Whether it be in the form of plotting, video edits, etc. as long as we make it work by the end of the (month) week. This is the guild's highlight every second month after the members have already settled; our main event.Note: Here, the idea of turning writing into life will be entailed. There will be voting in the next month after the showcase (main event) to determine next month's agenda.

Main Event Variations
A. Story in General (One product as a whole) In this option, all of us will help each other in creating and planning our big project / product. For example, the theme word is Melancholy, from there, we will make a project which is connected to melancholy. It can be a novel, a compilation of poets, etc.	B. Individual works (All writers & members will be releasing their own works which means there will be a whole lot of products to showcase) - For this option, the details are all the same; there will be a word correlated to that specific month but, there will be multiple products to be showcased. May it be the alternate-universe writers will create their own entry, the poets, novelists, and prompt writers. Everything will be showcased like an art museum at the end of the month.

THE GUILD: THIS IS WHAT WE DO

FEATURED WORKS
Also called freestyle works, are works that will be written by the writers. Whoever is a member inside the guild, can pass their own works or written pieces; whatever the theme of the literature is. This will be featured on our bulletin board once it is approved by the CEO or COO.SIDE WORKS
As said, the guild offers a type of work called the side works where we accommodate people outside of the guild and write whatever they will request. This type of work made by the writers will be (like) a service. Wherein works requested by people or audience that are not part of the guild, will be tackled or discussed to be made.Side works form

Two Types of Works
A. Requests Anyone (from the outside) can send requests about plots or series they want to read. Other than that, the public can also send dedication pieces of any kind, but most preferably, in the form of letters. Lastly, these types of requests and works will be sent to the Custom, otherwise called the HR Team.	B. Promotional Anyone can send their works to those who want their pieces to be showcased. This option is for those concept writers who didn't have the opportunity to be part of the guild, but still want their literary works to be showcased. Upon requesting a promotion, one should: [Inform the HR Team & tag the our account in your works]

Again, we would like to address that we support each and everyone; writers that are part of the guild or not when it comes to their writing journey. We dream to create a sanctuary, a place wherein you feel safe to express what you want to express, how you want to express it.
We bring writing to life. This motto of ours can be interpreted in different ways, no matter how one sees it but for us it is bringing what you write into the light of life, letting one relive one's visions with the help of others who understand and feel the same.
